You don't. There's no web depot "event" going on, so they aren't handing out any items, right now.

There are more regular events for people who spend money in the cash store. The playtime events are rarer.

It's more like Web Decash the 70% it gives rewards only to those who have cashed the past few days.(While there is an event ongoing)
