Well i've made a guild to do exactly that but i have not figured out how to go about getting them into the guild, i don't know where they would actually be

-i think server 1 has more player (and english speaking player) you should choose channel 1 on server 1.

- for server 2 you cant go to channel 1 because it is locked,and you can check yellow bar in channel selection , all channels in server 2 are shorter than server 1 channel 1 (it means less player)

if u play in server 1 i can ask my guild leader or JR to invite you (an english speaking guild)
