I want to win the budokai at least once and I would like to put all the luck on my side.
what does he possess set apart the stuff?

What budokai? Solo or party? I recommend you go party.

To be honest there is really no guide on how to win budo. Just gear really good, and know what your doing. You also do need some luck to win to.
