hi guys earlier i formatted my pc and i downloaded DBO and all the patches and when i try to log in dbo.netmarble.com it comes up this site...

Looks like website is under maintenance

That is maintenance. The bar with the little running guy shows the progress of it and when it will be done. There is also a movie that you can watch while maintenance is going on.
