Tbh, I would of used another host for your document, even, just uploaded a .pdf to them.

I'd suggest proof reading your work, before you send anymore letters.
there is a small maginitude of errors.

Even if they did listen and fix everything it would take a long long time to program and release the updates. Hell KR had that gay pet update like 3-4 months ago and tw still got no news on when they are having it , I'm afraid we will all be old/bored/dead by the time they release these updates especially if they arnt making as much money they won't be able to create and release updates if they got no cash

Well....your ideas and the ideas of some other ppl from here are nice but i think they may would take only 1 of them...maybe none of them....
