you dont need your email adress to sign in to dbo you need your wasabii useername and password to log in and for
for email recovery in general if u forget ur email address i dont think u can get it back it would be different if you knew your email adress but not your password for the email address

Yea What Jordanq16 said why dont your try going to the sight where you created your email gmail or whatever and click forgot password maybe you put security questions or you put a phone number you can send a confirmation code too but yea email password has nothing to do with this sitaution if it was Wassabi PW then thats a diffrent story cant help you here
