Posting about someone in the same guild does not count as on topic and will be viewed as off topic/flame, and infracted as such.
I'd like to add that while posting evidence of a person bugging, you must stick to the incident where you have video evidence. If you post evidence but then start talking or even mention an unrelated incident you will be infracted, as it's both off topic and calling out a user for ingame actions.
