Except that it probably will stop considering that most of the initial and continued development on DBO was done out of the NTL offices in South Korea (with assistance from the Japan branch). If the Korean version is going down, it's likely that NTL won't be doing any more work on the game.
This doesn't mean that the game will end for the other versions though, the servers of those versions will likely continue to run for a duration of time. What it does mean is that
from the date the Korean version goes down you won't be seeing any new content being worked on. There might be small handful of updates that have been created but not implemented in the game prior to the closing date of the Korean version and those might make their way to the other versions in order to prolong interest. Publishers who handle the other versions will still maintain the regular server maintenance and cash shops services for continued players. There just won't be any new content added to the game or continued support from NTL.
Whether or not the other versions go down is likely up to their respective publishers. Knowing all this the question you have to ask yourself is 'Do you want to continue?'
