I hope I'm the first one to announce this, a couple of weeks ago Linux (and MAC) users, got a new stable version of wine (1.6), and today I'm proud to announce that It
IS finally possible to
RUN Dragon Ball Online on LINUX (and possibly on Mac), I don't know if you can update it (the game) like on windows but when I run it from a shared disk (I use two OS(s) on my laptop Linux Mint 14 and Windows 7, and DBO is installed on Windows and that's where I updated it last time), to run the game you need to download Wine 1.6 and simply run the game (you can either run it by the
DBOLauncher.exe or
dbo.exe, both work), if you have installed Wine 1.6 and the game still does not work you might need to enter wine configuration (or whatever it's called in your language), choose windows xp as the windows version (
windows 2000 is set by
default), and if that won't help you might need to add some directx libraries to wine, how to do that you can learn from google.
I hope I made your day

if you have some questions ask and I'll try to help
And as proof here are some pics
Have Fun
