When you block an attack (R) it'll happen sometimes not 100% of the time.

From what I understand, the timing on it also has to be pretty precise. I don't think I've ever pulled off a counter, though.

You need one RP ball (minimum) use R button and someone need to use skill. You got chance to knockdown enemy as counter.

Agreed with the above poster, also I have noticed it has never worked on mobs, only players using a skill.

Its work on Mobs, they just need to use any skill, becouse sometimes i did it. Maybe knockdown their knockdown skill or something.
