I have been saving these up since I started playing the game. i am currently lvl 15 in crafting and so far have not found any recipes that use them. What level do I need to get to so that I can use them and where do I buy the recipes from that use them?

Would you explain this to me? My crafting knowledge is good but as far as these quest items and how to use them I have no clue.

there from older crafting system, there of no use now

So no matter where I look there are no crafting recipes left in game at all?
