That's true, and besides if the move wasn't canon I don't think that it would have had as much as a successful turnout it did. I think it was like the #1 Non-USA highest grossing movie for 2-weeks around when it was released.

Revo amigo, I don't see Bills raidboss in DBO like I don't see GT in it. ^^ I just said that "Kami To Kami is different" from other DBZ movies for being canon, so content from this movie could be added in DBO, it depends on developers. Dogis from this movie are more then possible. Another canon movies are "Bardock: The Father of Son Goku" and "History of Trunks". Any content from these 3 movies are possible since we already have teen Trunks dogi.
