hello im very good scriper and if all help to open this english server i can help with very good thinks like super sayan 3 more skills and more my idea is: we will upgrate the max_level in DBO and we will make more quests about boss batles and pvp battles and we will add a new planet with black dragonballs(easy for me to do this thinks) but i need one good designer to make SSJ3 3D moddel and all will be ok :) thanks for reading

Don't add SSJ2 much less 3. Besides we are humans not saiyans. And SSJ3 requires 100% Saiyan Blood. It could be used for a TMQ (if we get there) though.

Yea, ur ideas are good but try to make it real. We didn't even had ssj2, and 3 is out of imagination for now.
Talk with the other engineers to check their ideas too.
