I used to have it out for Jocer and Simmy in the sense I was waiting for them to give me the chance to ban them, but around the time of the shutdown announcement I made the decision to leave the past in the past. At first Jocer seemed to be in silent agreement, perhaps he took a few infractions personally and changed his mind, or maybe he never agreed in the first place, I really can't say. Simmy on the other hand did not and I had to block him. Since then I've not been attacking them even verbally, and even before then I had defended both of them against wrongful infractions.
All moderators have some bias, because all humans have bias. It's a universal trait. There's a difference between having a bias and abusing your power. I have flamed both of them in the past but have not once abused my authority against anybody.
By the way, what Jocer seems to have left out is that the first image is from June 9th.
As for you Jocer, I've told you before if you want to make a case against the mod team being corrupt you have to show more evidence than just the actions of one moderator outside of the moderator board. The only thing you have proven is that I'm an asshole, which is common knowledge and I have even said so myself multiple times. I am doing my best to correct some of my behaviors and move on, but it's rather hard to do so if you and Simmy keep bringing this up.

It's hard to prove evidence because there are so many cases i have that i cbf to search. and i blocked and deleted Jax off Skype so, i can't show it all. I can't show you the in-face personal convos we have.
You gotta look at it from my point of view guys. I tried hard to be helpful and resourcful to the community and was never recognized for it as well as other members who helped and just been banned or treated like regular members. Now that it is be inactive i hate to see the road it's taking like Kiyza said.
Ive seen alot of biased and corruption in this forum, Some even that i was apart of. I only want change and i wiling to help is all.

Ok...
"On a side note, Grand Master Majaku directed Boogie Nights."
I got an infraction for that, hell I was being funny. At the same time, that topic was "TOO DAMN LONG!" Hell even the Big Boss Man voted "Yes" on it, that should tell people something. If not then shit, yall need some new workers.
But yea, Grand Master Majaku seconds this sentiment.

If you want change, then allow me to try and change.
If I find myself incapable of changing I already have every intention of stepping down as a moderator.

That's precisely the type of off-topic posting that should be deleted. It's random, pointless, and really has nothing to do with the thread on the whole. It doesn't matter that it isn't serious, it's the fact that it's so distant from the thread's subject. That's not moderator corruption. It might be worthy of an infraction, but it's still justified in its deletion and I wouldn't argue against giving an infraction for it.

Things like that i think shouldn't be infracted and just deleted if a Mod feels it has no purpose.

Believe it or not, I recognize that some of my behaviors are not befitting a moderator. While I don't abuse my power, and being an asshole is just my nature, I could stand to conduct myself in a better manner. This has several contributing factors both in real life and on the internet. If I am unable to adjust some of my behaviors, I simply feel that stepping down is the honorable thing to do.

I just realize I misspelled part of my post. I meant to say that it's not necessarily worthy of an infraction, but it's best if it is deleted. The thread was discussing a serious matter, not "boogie night". If he had anything to truly contribute to the topic in addition to his joke, it wouldn't be an issue. An infraction for it, I will agree, is too severe a punishment.
Like I've mentioned, a lot of the issues with moderation stem from the implementation of an infraction system. Infractions are practically handed out like candy on Halloween. The system was originally put in place because we needed a way to properly punish people who weren't deserving of a full ban. Unfortunately, what we're doing now is basically giving out tickets for jaywalking. I mean, our alternative was giving the death penalty for jaywalking (or a prison sentence) or having law enforcement that does nothing to enforce the law but give you a stern talking to. This is obviously the preferable solution, but it's by no means an ideal one.
