Coming back to the game, I did realise how much faster it was to level with items such as Lucky egg, exp share and Chateau.
It has also helped with breading... Btw, if anyone needs an Zorua, I have like 8 to trade. |

And all of that could easily be avoided if you just bred your Pokemon. It's by far the easiest way to get the proper natures and IVs on your Pokemon. I've already got every starter Pokemon (and by every, I mean every, and all of their evolutions) on my White Version. I'm just waiting until December now to transfer them. I started with Froakie and Bulbasaur and got Fennekin later, so I can breed any of those for people who want them. I don't necessarily need anything in return, though I will need a Chespin eventually and a few other X-exclusive 6th gen Pokemon.

wow thats amazing, on DP I was using cheats because I just couldnt obtain every pokemon
but i want to try competetive so i stopped using cheats, but at the same time im not at the competitive level of the top simply because i find it to complicated
And i also hate local event only pokemon especially when japan get everything then america and then maybe europe if were lucky even though they could easily make everything wifi event |

Since the advent of Wi-Fi trading, completing your Pokedex has actually become substantially easier. Even if you can't find anything on the GTS you need, you can always just ask a friend over the internet.

reset one of my X's or Y's and keep banking speed boost torchics with blazikenites then trade years down the line for other special pokemon (the same tactic can be used when other event pokemon come out)

The same reason things are substantially more expensive in Canada: shipping rates and the price of luxury goods are higher in general. If it makes you feel any better, Americans are still paying more than the Japanese. It's still a trivial fee you only need to pay monthly, so it's hardly worth complaining about.
