and still thats all i can think of that were really doing something in solo budokai.. no foreigner besides both gamble's and ram ever one solo budokai first place.

u must be a kiss ass paradise.. 1º hennsy/honest are the gambles they stop play as sks to make dende/poko...mussolini never try solo only party but whit the amout of cash he put yes was strong and diablo only win 3 place budokai ik many ppl that win 3 place and were foringers i was one of them...on serv 1 was not so many chances to win budokais cuz we have biger tw comunity then serv2 white star/pink bees/square guild/absolutz guild this was full tw guilds and there is more but dont remenber the names |

I Dissagree With This List ( All Positions ) Why ? Becouse By "best Pvp Foregines" I Understand Strategy(moves+selecting Gear) + Skill ( If Someone Play Perfect Or Often Make Mistakes/bad Moves),
I Dont Count:
- Gear Upgrades Becouse You Can Got This By Pve / Cash / Another Way ( Scam/make Deals In Game Etc ) Which Have Nothing To Be Good In Pvp
- How Many Times Someone Got X (#1,#2,#3 ) Budokai Place Becouse Many People Did It With Cheat ( Crash/autopot ), Bought Fight ( Pay For Let Win ), Friend Let Someone Win, Or Just Luck ( No Oponent/many Noobs In A Row )
By The Way Its Hard To Make List Like That Even If Game Still On, Different Game Balances Gave Huge Adventage To Some Ppl And Nerfed Anothers. You Put On List Few People Which Quited Game Time Ago Before Server Close, Even Before Max Lvl Cap (70) I Dont Know How You Compare People From 55lv To 70lv... Its Also Hard To Compare Different Classes Best Example Would Be Me, Dende-pve Class And You Compare It To Fighters When At End Of Game +12(ticket) Fighter Could 1 Shot Me With Full +15 Mele Def Set Max Stats Of Con ( Ntl Logic Xd )

that order is wrong, mussolini didnt had skill as fighter, only equips, hennesy and honest only win with auto pot glitch, and gambles are honest and henesy, diabloo and ram are the best there

As for hercules, He never accomplished anything PVP-wise. He got 1st place party because Skedar was using his character or was using his gear.
He only got third place by himself, He got first place for paying for it like DiviNe said.

The first part idk about so I'm not even gonna say anything about that. But you say DiviNe made one bad move? Are you talking about when he was up 2-0 and then walked out 2 times? Doesn't sound like one bad move to me. Sounds like a paid win.
As for Jocer, he has won budokai more then once. I'm not gonna get into what happened the second time he won first place on his fighter, but do you have any proof of him doing anything during his first win? Doubt it.

im not kissing no one ass im telling you facts. absulotez only went party, all strong tw went party, anyone can win 3rd place easy, look temudjin he never won a second place title ever party or solo. some people get lucky, name some foreigners that won first place solo on server 1 please im listening. i can say a lot of people from paradise were weak at pvp im not kissing their ass. gambles and ram are the only foreigners and they are ultimate dende poko. who are you do you even play server 1
