WTF is happening i tried to change my profile picture and nothing is happening it just takes my picture away. Please help!

Did you click "Do not use a custom avatar"? If that is selected deselect it.

Whats The Size Limit?

It says "You did not enter the correct format for the Signature Background Image field. Please read the field description for the expected format." What does that mean?

Try saving the photo/picture as a different file type? Such as .JPEG or .png

It is possible you are using .gif format which does not work here. Best results I would suggest .png .jpg or .jpeg is fine aswell
