Exactly, banners aren't hard. I made this around 10 minutes.

Banners are easy. Sure we can use practice, its not going to help tho. Recruitment is closed. People with no experience in coding and such can't really help the project go faster unless you are in the human resources department. That department is full and is being handled. I don't see the need to make banners and banners about this.
tl;dr: Banners= No help. We don't need more recruits.

Its not about banners. Its not about me. Its about the community of people on dbocom. Its about keeping coders coding and delegating the tasks that arnt number one priority to the community. That could be anything, I cant really comment on what dbor needs cos Im not a mind reader I dont know what stage ur at or what you need (Im not asking to know either).

does anyone get what Im saying?

To-do list (monthly/weekly or daily)
1. share our facebook page
2. get involved in this post we need "X"
3. contribute to server costs "donate"
4. Retweet this tweet "@dbocom @jackieChan play this game or we will roundhouse kick your head off?" (EXAMPLE I wouldnt recommend tweeting that)

I may not have explained it very well but jeez its not about facebook banners it was just an example. Its about letting the forum users know what would help you out. If you dont understand I cant explain it any better than that Sorry.

mostly, everyone is getting at the small things, because you keep naming things you can actively do yourself, without needing to be apart of DBOR team or be asked to do by the DBOR team.

You can advertise, as much or as little as you want for the project
You can do anything you like pretty much, as long as it doesn't get in our way.

there is

That won't help the Team to finish work faster xD....Maybe they'll tell us to do those things you listed when they are close to finish work and open the server^^ Ex.:When they are at 90% they want out help to advertise the ppl with the things you listed...Why should we do advertising when the Project is still in progress? This would only bring some ppl who create Threads in which they ask "When is it finished?"etc...Some ppl who just piss off the Team xD

So as i said just wait and enjoy Real-Life or play another Game (I suggest to enjoy Real-Life cuz if Private Server starts no one will see his family for a long time xD)

I see what you're saying, while a member of the community is making something like a banner instead, a Team member won't need to and can therefore devote time to a greater task. Like tom said, it takes 10 minutes to make a banner, but that's 10 minutes a team member could be doing something else, so basically it saves time.

Ohh God xDDD Guys pls just understand it....for now the Project is not needing us! Wait until Dumke or someone else from the Team says that they need something from us.... Be patient and wait. It's nice that you are willing to help but just accept it that you are not needed for now! All we can do is to wait. So just relax.
