The Shenron isn't the original shenron from DBZ. The one is DBO was created by Dende and its weaker than Kami's Shenron.

The blood don't need to be mixed.. you just summon that big ass dragon and ask him for SSJ ability. Just like in real life, homie. Oh wait, SSJ doesn't exist in real life, only dragons exist.
