Ok so I did Time Quest #1 but I forgot to demonstrate my buff skill to Grandpa Gohan and I've found videos where apparently Trunks is supposed to appear after you demonstrate your skill. My questions are If I didnt demonstrate skill is time quest complete? I also saw a video where a dice is rolled, what is that all about? and why do people suggest starting the first time quest at lvl 25 or higher? Is it safe to assume that once you see the checkpoint sign you are done with that certain time quest? That was like one of my first quests when I barely started playing and was no where near lvl 25 or 10 for that matter. Trust me guys I've tried searching but have not found clear answers to my questions. Any info on this is greatly appreciated!:D

When people say do time quest at level 25+, they are talking about TMQ1 (Time Machine Quest 1).
"Time Portal Quests" are the ones where you have to go back in time through a portal and get one of your stance skills (charge, guard, counter attack, dash). There are three of these in the game, and they all take place before you reach level 16.
"Time Machine Quests" appear at level 20 onwards, these quests are repeatable and require a full team of 5 players to complete. In them you go back in time to complete a mission the Trunks will give you, and if your team succeeds you get to pick 1 reward out of a selection. In all 6 of them the rewards are: EX chest armor, EX leg armor, EX boots, or Zeni. And if you are lucky enough, the "EX" armors will show up as "Legendary" armor.

No it isn't completed, you had to demonstrate it to Gohan to finish it completely. But it doesn't matter as long as you have gotten the stance (if you can charge by pressing Z n the keyboard). Because that is all that you really need.
Well there are lots of dungeons in the game. But since your level 10 you only need to use the dungeon that is in every starting zone for each race for now. If your playing a Human character then go to the most north-east corner of the starting map, it should be there. You should be able to see it on your map also.
Also about that dice thing, its just there for fun, to pick random numbers. If you want to do it, open your skills pane (K on the keyboard), go to the fourth tab and it's icon should be in the last column. Just drag that into your skill bar and you can use it like every other skill.

Lol Thx. Also gratz on reaching 20.
As for your question, if your talking about the red/blue dots that appear when you use the quest radar function of your scouter, then those dots mean that there are quests available for you on that spot.
