Been getting some private requests for this, so I'll put it here for anyone else who wants it. It contains information on how to encrypt/decrypt/modify .edf and .pak files. Not commented or written all that well. If there's any questions about how that stuff works I'll try to answer them here, but other than that you're on your own.

Thanks dude! Its really useful. I just dont understand how to decompile as example the tbl.pak file and receive all the tables inside that file.
