this is already going to sound like a noob question so let's just get that out of the way. how do you go about getting super saiyan? some say wish, some say quest, some say that you just get it. Any advice?
You have to be level 50 and collect all the dragon balls. Then you have to make a wish to get the transformation. The same works for the Majin/Namekian transformations.
to get the dragonballs u killed the designated mobs on your minimap, u can see which mobs drop dragonballs because the mob appears as a dragonball on the minimap oh and its a very slim chance to get a dragonball.

No. You will most likely find several sets of DBs before you reach lvl 50. So lots of wishes and 7 inventory spaces would go to waste if you keep your first set until lvl 50.
I think after level 48 you should save the dragon balls for level 50. If you do it before 48, you will be wasting a lot of opportunity to make wishes.
