The controls and the graphics are somewhat remincent of a Game Boy Advance, but don't let it fool you. It's honestly a great game as far as Dragon Ball is concerned.
Deffinatly on my top 5 list of Dragonball games, fighting or not, I enjoyed LOTSS on the SNES a bit more, (of course this is just my taste) but as said before, it's a solid protable, and probably my second fav. jrpg on the DS, second only to Chrono Trigger (Still my favorite rpg of all time.) So like others have said, pick it up, it's well worth it.
I would rather play sagas for the rest of my life then touch taiketsu on the gba ever again.. Saga's was a nice break from the rpg's and fighting games of the time though, and I still go back and play it from time to time because of that.
