Ok so just explaining that.. as you all know there's only 10 spots, so I'm going to make this simple and list the first 10. Feel free to explain what you liked about the game you chose and what made it enjoyable for you :) (I can already assume which 2 are going to get the most votes, can you? :P)
My choice is FFIV (4) I liked the storyline, I first played it in a Re-release on the PSX game Final Fantasy Chronicles which included Chrono Trigger, another one of my all-time favorite RPG games. Getting back on topic, I love the simplistic generic RPG style of the game (Which the series is known for) but also the level of difficulty the game presented.
I also bought the re-release for nintendo DS and was blown away with how good they made it using the graphics of the Nintendo DS.

I couldn't decide between FF III (DS remake), FF VII or FF X so I randomly voted Final Fantasy X.
The thing I liked about FF X was the storyline of course, the characters and blitzball XD.

9 because it was better in my opinion then the other ps1 games and I liked how it was customizable but not to the point were everyone was the same.

Hmm, Yeah I didn't think about all those other FF games, Maybe I (Or someone else) Can start a poll for all the FF games that have no numbers :P .. such as tactics, crystal chronicles etc

FFVI.
Great game with a likable cast of characters, a final boss that was both hard to beat and fun to fight, a good involving story, and a great soundtrack.

I voted Final Fantasy X but my actual favorite is Final Fantasy X2 cause the story was just so great and of course RIKKU!!!!

I prefer 6,7, and Tactics(PS1/PSP). I also enjoyed 8 and 10, but neither has much replay value for me.
Tactics is just a crazy good strategy game. Starts off a bit bland and boring, but once you define your classes and build up your units its awesome, tons of fun to customize. If I could have one wish with it, it'd be to have some massive 10vs10 or greater battles.
I liked Final Fantasy Adventure for the original Game Boy too, but it seems that wasn't actually a Final Fantasy game. Think it was remade it into Sword of Mana on the GBA and messed a few things up plot-wise and gameplay-wise IIRC. Still was a good game from what people were saying.
