Can someone clarify to me how you get any of this stuff? I have two characters, my Martial Artist at 25 and my Dragon Clan currently at 16. Not once this entire time I've gotten a present or capsule or anything like that. I'm seeing people much higher level then me get stuff, and I'm seeing my friends who are just starting today and yesterday getting them. Is there supposed to be somewhere you pick this thing up?
