Sorry for the stupid question and sorry if it has been asked again,but i can't figure it out. I bought some things from the pet shop in the main town but cant do anything with them...
are you reffering tot he claw machine for 2500z? they give you a capsule, you right click that purple capsule and you get a pet. when you right click the pet, it asks if you want to register it, hit the left clickable option. now either hit the "/" key on your keyboard or click on your list of options (like friends list, character, etc...) and its the very top option. Now click your pet you registered, and click summon. its the very first option i believe.
just a note, if you are after the rare poo looking pet, the dragons(with heads and not just a floating egg with wings), or cat with a head and face :P, they are not from the claw machine, just the cash shop. Not sure where in the cash shop or how much, I just know thats where those come from. the little robots with arms and legs, im not sure if that one is from the claw machine or cash shop, i had to buy mine, but it was very cheap.
