I know that the one you buy with cash points does a full skill reset. Does the one you buy with in game zennies also do a full skill reset?

i think thats a full reset 2 but aint really looked to much into it but probs will wen i can find it on auction house :D

btw, you cant buy them with zennie from npc.you buy them in the actioun house from another players.
