Hey, this may come off as stupid, but I'm already lvl 6 and the lvl 4 passive for majin (power up) still isn't available. Is there an alternate skill trainer or some quest I don't know about? Thanks in advance.
hey there. The skills charge (lvl4), block (lvl9), and dash (lvl14) are gained by doing the time rift quests. One of the quests at those levels will put a red circle around this strange electrical crack in world that you can run into.
just take all of your quests in order,if you cant find it scan the area for quests,and then look for red circles on map and there should be time portal go inside and do the quest and thats it.I mean you can figure that out on your own,i remember i did:)

Yellow circle is where you pick up the quest at my friend blobby(random elderly majin) he stands next to a tree
Red circle is where the portal will appear than.
