I just got finished typing up the text seen at the beginning of this video. You can find the part from the scrolling text here.

평화로운 시대가 다시 안녕올 고하려 하고 있다.
돌연 나타난 창백한 얼굴의 침략자에게 위협을 반게 된 미래의 지구.

그의 부하들은 사람들의 생명 에너치를 빼앗아 가기 시작한다.

The characters you play as aren't even from the time period we're playing in.
The Dark Eye is a group of time travelers that are tampering with the Earth's past.
Namek is no more? I'm not sure really how to interpret that. I know we saw something that looked an awful like like Namek in the beta, but that's what it says.

Well, the Earth's past is intertwined with the planet Namek's (and pretty much the whole universe). So I don't see why we can't play through the events that happened on Namek aswell.

Do you actually speak Korean? Because that looks a lot like some of the translations I was getting when I just copy/pasted it all in (looks like it's from Babelfish). Some translators don't translate all the names of characters or places from Dragonball and you get stuff like that "five hand public affairs" which is actually supposed to be "Son Goku".

It's more or less a dialog to get you ready for the tutorial, it talks about how your going to Kame House or something to that degree and have to save the Earth. From a quick auto translation the juiciest piece of information that's in there is that Piccolo is still alive. I'm not going to translate it like I did the other one as the way I do it is very time consuming and I don't think it'll be worth it.
