check if u can touch anything around it if not check ur invent for quest item ect just a case of having a good look round and using ur scouter to check mobs in the area
You have to use the book quest item in your inventory that you get when you accept the quest. You must be near the rock or targeting the rock. Then you kill the little guys that spawn.
