Step 1. Log into your NetMarble account from the main page, not from the dbo login (This seems to work best with IE) and click "My Page"



Step 2. Click on the email option



Step 3. Enter your password and the last 7 of the KSSN



Step 4. Down towards the middle of the page there will be the registered email. Type in the email you want and press the blue button to the right. A pop up will appear. Hit ctrl+c to copy it and paste it into a translator. It will either say that the email can be used, or that it is already used. If it can be used, just press the blue button on the bottom of the page. Press OK when the pop up comes up. On the next screen, just press the blue button.

Step 1: Press the password/secret question change button



Step 2: Press the password change button



Step 3: Enter the info then press the blue button



Step 4: Go back to step 2 and press the secret question/answer change button

Step 5: Enter your password and last 7 of your KSSN



Step 6: Select your secret question then type in your secret answer. Press the blue button and you're done.
