Hmm, in every screenshot and video I see I notice you guys got numbers in your LP and EP bars. With me, it's like this.

So is this a scouter feature, did I set some settings wrong, or did I just miss something all-important through the game?

Oh, and by the way, any clue what this item does? Both arrows point to the paper/book, by the way, it was just lazily drawn.

Finally, since I hate making new treads for mini discussions, what would you people guess is the average drop rate of a tier 2 Dragon Ball? 1 out of 20? I managed to get 3 Dragonballs on the same day, and the next 3 days nothing.

I bet its becuase you dont have korean characters working in game judging by your bag.

go here and get it set up:
http://www.dbocom.com/forum/showthread.php?t=506

see if that helps and gets them working for ya :)

and about the dballs, they are random drops from the mobs with dballs on your mini map, its all chance and luck mostly.

The book looks like the book for the giant axe in the rock quest in korin forest. If it is, you use the book on the rock.

The dragonball drops are quite random. You want to kill monsters near your level (yellow) and supers/ultras/bosses have higher drop rates.

I think he was pointing to the hoi poi stones. The full stones allow you to revive a fallen character. Useful in dungeons and TMQs to help out the healer, plus when the healer dies someone can revive him

when i referred to his bag, i was referring to the square letters at the top of it. That happens if you don't have Korean characters working in game, and not having the characters in game can also cause you to not see numbers one some things as well, which I am 99% sure this is the case.

Yes, I knew about the popo stones/hoi poi stones. I accidently made it look like the right arrow pointed to the stone rather than the book.

And well, weird it's the Korean Language Pack. Because these are numbers, and not really korean letters. I guess I'll skip it, then. It's not all important. I tried making it work with Korean before, and it's applocale that screws me up constantly.

But back to the book, though. I got it from an old man's quest way back in the human starter area. Clicking it still randomly does nothing, and I never found a quest so far about using the book on a rock either. What level is that quest for?
