all i can say on the buying account thing is if the korean wants to play, they just have to e-mail netmarble and im sure they can get it resolved and be able to play, just sucks you would be out the money you spent to get the account lol. that being said, i dont wanna sound like im promoting buying accounts or anything to get my post deleted. Just saying in general, if they want to play and a site used their KSSN, they can easily get their account made.

Children's accounts can be created using fake KSSNs and any accounts created with a real one can be deleted at any time by the person who that KSSN truely belongs to. Meaning you can't really prevent anyone from playing the game by creating an account.

I need help, i downloaded 32 bt IE, but then i went to dbo.netmarble.net and then the active x would not come up

log in and press Play, it should work then thats how i got it done, or maybe u have disabled stuff?

You shouldn't need to download Internet Explorer as every Windows computer comes with it pre-installed. If you're on a Mac you cannot play DBO. If you're not there's settings (under security in Internet settings) for ActiveX that might be preventing you from downloading the plug-ins.
