I tired to get an english patch on another website but its broken at the moment and the one on here has a virus according to my firewall. So I either want another one that works or some one to tell me the one on here is Legit.

There are no viruses in any of the updated patches, but if you have a problem with a specific patch then post it in that patch's thread.
