I thought dragon balls only dropped during the collection event on the weekends, but i found one during a quest at lvl 10, on a thursday hehe :D

So are the collection events just an increased drop rate for those days maybe?

Well I think Friday is technically when the event starts, I can't remember for sure, it's been a while. But when it's Thursday for most of us, it's already Friday for Koreans... meaning the event is on for us.. or.. whoever, again depending on where you live.
