For once I gotta agree with one of these statements. Everything you've asked so far could have been found out simply by looking in the guides section. The other questions were reasonable... but to ask how to sell stuf... just.. lol/facepalm.
Just to answer your question anyway, you talk to a shop vendor, and right click an item in your inventory... Also if you're referring to the auction house, wherever there's an auction house, there will also be a shop merchant, and a mailbox next to or near it. To sell things in there, simply click the top right tab and pick the second option which is sell.. then put the item in the box and list for however much you want to sell it for...
.. and to recommend that from now on, read the guides before posting, as I mean, it only makes you less appealing to any available guilds whom you might want to join.
