Looks like I have an error, won't move passed this page....

There's a little exclamation point with some orange writing to the left, I'm wondering if that's the problem.

First thing I see wrong is that you user name and your log-in name can't be the same.

Also, I edited out your pictures. Don't want some of that information made public.

Can't see the attachment, but you're probably getting the problem that's on the bottom of the first post. Just follow the guide word for word and you'll get it.

I followed the guide word for word and I'm still getting that same error. Maybe I just need to find another KSSN, but I have one starting with 92 and and I'm at the very end. I just keep getting the same error pop up

No, if you got that far that's not the problem. Did you change your computers locale and did you change the font in IE to Korean?

If you're wondering how to do what he just said,

To change your system locale, seeing as you use Vista, all you have to do is go to:

Start> Control Panel> Clock, Language, and Region> Reigon and Language> Administrative Tab> Change System Locale> Korea (Korea)

To change your font in IE, you must click:

Page(top right)> Encoding> More> Korean

I've done all that, and the encoding keeps defaulting to korean (euc) and still get the same error. I don't know if that's the issue. But I followed those directions
