i got an error ... i put the KSSN than something pop-up i think he ask me to put an adult KSSN i did then it tell me to verficate my account by e-mail or by phone or.... etc what i should do ?

Authenticate by e-mail as mentioned in the guide and if that doesn't let you pass then authenticate by phone as mentioned here: http://www.dbocom.com/forum/showthre...9#authenticate

I'm curious, I'm trying to create another account using the same name and kssn of the account I have now. Whenever I enter in the info, it takes me to a page that shows the accounts associated with the kssn (There is only one account listed). How do I continue to make another account?

Each KSSN can only be used to create 1 account.

I thought you can create 3 accounts per kssn. At that page, this is posted above the list of accounts:

"만 20세 이상의 고객님께서는 3개의 아이디까지 생성하실 수 있습니다.
다른 아이디 생성을 위해서는 아이디중 1개를 가입해지하셔야 합니다."

Which I think translates to "Person over 20 years of age can create 3 accounts". Google translate really butchers it.

An adult KSSN can be used to help create 3 children accounts, but the KSSN you use to actually create the account can only be used once. If that's not true for older KSSNs then I wouldn't know because, from the very beginning, 18+ y/o KSSNs required special authentication so we've always stayed away from them (although today it's probably no different from the now required phone authentication).

The 2nd sentence there seems to be suggesting that you have to first delete an existing account to create a new one, but I'm not 100% sure that's what it's saying.
