I cant figure out what I have to do here.
I got this quest pretty close to TMQ2. i think i have to talk to someone and i`ll get 42K EXP so i would like to finish it, but there are no arrows on the minimap or X on the full world map.

anyone knows where to go?

You turn the quest in at west city.

wheres West City is it in map 3? where i got the quest from ?

You should also have the ability to teleport even though you've never been there.
