I'm also getting this problem.

Did you try running the program as administrator.

Extract all the files to the pack folder run as admin and make sure the lang0.pak file is not set to read-only

Should be the "read only " property it just happened to me

wait wait wait , when the game do new update and i got english patch in , what will happen? will it work and i just need download again english patch , or must i uninstall game?

Hmm weird I got the same issue,...

Maybe it just doesn't work for this version of the game? Oh well.. 50mins left for today anyway. We'll see how it goes tomorrow.

As I've already confirmed, the patch does work. If it doesn't work for you then read the troubleshooting information on the first post or in the readme.txt file.

I've run the patch in C:\Program Files (x86)\DBO_TW\pack and at C:\Users\*****\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\DBO_TW\localize\TAIWAN\pack, both patches gave no error's and said the patch was done.
I went in-game but it was still Taiwanese ore Chinees idk....
