I have been wondering ever since i started playing yesterday... what in the world does RP do??

Charge up a RP bar, then set a skill to the quick bar and hold down the number.. then press one of the options that pop-up... it's basically a way to do something special with one of your attacks.. like the kamehameha can knock people down.

From my experience RP abilities can change when you level a skill up. So try to keep that in mind when using RP.
