I see a lot of lvl 25 Super saiyan's how are they doing it? I thought you had to be level 40

go to kokkara right now there is about 500 super saiyan's chilling in town. i used my dragonballs but it just gave me armor?

a lot of people are saying it a potion the players are drinking but they dont know where they got them

k yeah i just bought the potion from a player vendor the potion makes you a super saiyan for 30 minutes

I seen 1 GM and he trade me one potion and i can transform in a super saiyan
