You kinda got a point there, but many people didn't know the ''Background stories'' of some names and started to change there opinion if you know what I mean...

More or less yeah people will still join regardless of the name, but as is evident by this thread, some people join guilds because they like the guild name tag. Again though, more or less, people will want to be where there are MORE people, so whatever guild ends up holding the most people, and has a good playerbase with respectful, mature and helpful people, will end up with the most members, regardless of the name.
That aside, I'm still all for names that sound cool, original, and can still be relevant to the game you're playing, and just to throw this in, but guilds comprised of just one word or name, by statistic, have always been more successful than those with 2 or more. Don't believe me? Google it. Lol

True but BR sounds so Dragon Ball(ish)..so thats why I like it...
Names like Infinity, Oblivion, Divine, Saviors, MaccaroniWithCheese, BlackDynamite...well..they don't fit in DBO..they fit perfectly in WoW though..
I don't know..I don't really care I'll join anyway it would just be cooler as BlueRibbon.

Why do people think that "ZWarriors" is going to be a hard name to get? In case anyone has forgotten, this is the Taiwanese version of the game and not the English version. The locals are going to go after the names they're familiar with (which are likely to be in their own language); not the ones we're familiar with. Not to mention, IIRC, "Z Fighters" is the more common title for the group even among English speakers. You might even be able to get the English names of anime characters pretty easily (although maybe not for the insanely popular characters such as Goku).
With respect to the Korean version, the guild "ZWarriors" has yet to be created on any of the servers. "ZFighters", however, is taken on all servers, but by English speakers.
