Can you atleast say which NPC gave you the quest and what is it for?

If you are trying to get Adult Quest, he doesn't give you any, the other Npc next to him (old man) will give you the Adult Quest.

Well i talked to him and he gave me the quest above and it says its completed i talk to the old guy but no quest

Can anyway help me ?

Hi ive been seaching on google looking for a DBO wiki with quest information. Is there anything out there like that yet or is that still a ways away. I figured there would be because the korean version has been out for quite some time now. Im still stuck at the first quest in namek cant figure out what to do lol.

Thank you i seen that post right after i posted this but ive been running into quests that dont show on the map. So i just run around and talk to NPCs until i find the right person to talk to :P Also do you gotta buy that chip or you get it from a quest?
