In Taiwan, an ID card is mandatory for all citizens who are over 14 years old. The ID card has been uniformly numbered since 1965. The current ID number has 10 digits in the format AG#######C. The first digit is one capital English letter and is followed by nine Arabic numerals. The letter records the card holder's first location of household registration, which is usually where s/he was born. The letter indicates one of the following areas:

Yeah i dont remember where i downl but i think it works you put when your born and sex and it gives you a valid or invalid id

Having cash to buy some clothing and stuff ore equips like wings would make it more fun...
But that's just my opinion...

There is going to be no differencesin the gameplay. The reason most people are leaving the korean version and why I am is taiwan will have 100x more players(which is why we should all go to the most populated server)
