1st - Yes 38 is the level cap.
2nd - When ever they decide to lift the level cap. Most likely when people start hitting level 38.
3rd - It is unknown ATM.

can i use the korean netmarble version? im currently downloading it. Or do i need the taiwaneese version. please help. if i need the taiwanese version, can you guys give me a link to it. ive been looking all over and cant find the answer to my question.
