If TW version is open to people with Simple accounts, then there won't be any new players on KR version and passing the time it will just be dead with everyone lv 55 and only having alts to have some fun. I just suggest to people to move or play both.

I bet everyone will stay on the korean version because I believe the TW version will have the same restrictive cell phone requirements as the Korean version when it fully launches.

Well is just what you belive, but you still don't have anything to hold up that theory, otherwise there is some proof that supports the theory of no full account needed, for example the
Terms of Use in Wasabii games, experience playing other full released Wasabii games, some Taiwanese said that Full account is needed for Cash Shop but not to play(also if you try to buy cash on Wasabii it directs you to active Full account),I think I am missing some other examples but you get what I say.
