is havaing a basic account the reason i cant get my scouter out of the token shop? jesus i wish i knew that...
wasted 20 token points, gave me +1 day on that stone u put in the vehicle, and now it wont even let me put that stone back in there :\

by token shop you mean the in-game when you get a token everyone 15mins and not the cash shop where you spend real money? if so ingame token items once you purchase them they get mailed to you in game well should be if not takes a couple mins sometimes, but cash shop you need full account to even buy any coins for waga machine.

T is also called Token. I am not sure why can't you spend it, I was able on Closed Beta but have not tested now.

it gave me a message of some sort, and then gave an option to renew.. i waited by my mailbox for over an hour, and had no new mail either..

There is a refresh button on top right make sure you hit that also the stones for bikes only last 1 day i think you have to re buy them
