Korean is still OB and TW is currently in OB after the level cap is gone to 55.Would it be the same as KR?

Possibly, and I could of swore KR OB is over due to version 1.0?? anyways they could be the same with a few differences.

No its still lvl38.Though im taking a break of KR and TW.If I wasn't hack and i still have my old character i wouldn't be bored of DBO.Thinking about quiting.

Korea is not in Open Beta as of the 1.0 patch it was announced that it is the full game. Sure there are lvl caps and sure they will continue to make improvements but what mmo doesn't? I am pretty sure it is not still titled Open Beta but if it is its just a title why do so many people think that this game is not final? Yes there will be many improvements to the game over time but so many people in the games act like this isn't even close to what the "real" game will be. When this is the real game. Also OB for 2 years just like KR? The game has barely been out over a year. Closed Beta started in December and OB started in February. When version 1.0 came out it was like official this is the game. They will continue to add things like more TMQ's, flying combat, higher level caps but things such as these are added to other MMO's all the time that are "full released". If this game is still " Open Beta" then every single mmo ever made is in "Open Beta". Even if the Korean's still call DBO open beta which I am pretty sure they don't what will be different when they say full release? The answer is absolutely nothing just the title of where the game is at. My rant is over ^^

Hopefully they will be the same as far as patches go. I just hope TW doesn't have that anniversary coin event :/

The point im getting at is whether or not the koreans want to call it OB(which im pretty sure it's not) but even if they are calling it that let me ask you a question. What is Open Beta about the game? Why do so many people care if it is called OB or not.....I hear this all the time and I just wonder. Whether or not the Korean DBO is titled Open Beta is irrelevant to the point that this is the game. Yes there will be improvements. But this game has a Cash Shop and a decently high lvl cap currently. Every MMO has a lvl cap so saying because there is a cap is irrelevant. Saying they are making improvements to the game still? I don't see how that labels it OB since every mmo makes improvements/new patches and raises lvl caps. Why does it matter if its titled Open beta if in fact it is? Someone give me an answer please!!!xD
