I saw a post in the Korean version section about an update code to automatically update char stats. Is there anything like that for the Taiwan version?

Not yet. The Netmarble website provides information about guilds and their members' levels and classes. The update code then simply points to the character's guild where I can find their current stats. The Taiwanese version has nothing like this right now, but if it's ever added I'll provide support for it.
